Back again after being down with a cold for a few days. Well tomorrow I´m off to Amsterdam to celebrate the Queen Beatrix birthday together with a few million other people. I´m really looking forward to it! Will stay at the Pulitzer Hotel (where Brad Pitt stayed once as well...) and I will be posting some more pics after my stay of course.

Just recieved a one year subscribtion on Monocle, which is a magazine that brings up widely different topics from politics, design, world affairs and culture. A thick and glossy issue comes every month packed with interesting articles and the latest on what you need to know to stay on top in a conversation from designistas to politicians. And don´t forget that the editor is Tyler Brûle. Known also for launching Wallpaper Magazine.

Copenhagen

Went over the bridge to Copenhagen with some great friends of mine for an entire day of just indulging my favourite things. Copenhagen is one of my favourite cities and it has a lot to offer if you are willing to take some time to explore it. So this saturday also being my birthday, I got to decide what to do pretty much. So we started out with exploring the flea market at Israels Plads and also checking out some vintage clothing stores. Being quite hungry after spending all that energy we moved on to Nörrebro and Café Gavlen for an excellent brunch in the sun. Couldn´t have asked for better! Felt a bit lazy after that so we went on to Rosenborgs Castle Park and laid down on the grass in the warm spring sun. A danish beer had never felt better so we downed some of that as well to round off what felt like a perfect day. And then we hopped on the train back to Malmö and a great birthday party!
