Fågelsurr

Nu har en till av mina tapeter åkt upp på väggen för att se dagens ljus! Så här sitter denna lite mer som en tavla och pryder väggen. Här behöver man inte ha någon tavelram dock. Man kan tänka sig att tapetsera på en MDF också om man vill flytta med sin bild när man byter bostad tex. Denna finns också att måttbeställa på www.tapetorama.se

Fåglar på tapeten

Nu har jag tagit fram en egen tapetkollektion. Motiven är exotiska fåglar och kollektionen heter därav "Exotic Feathers". Dessa tapeter går att få i önskad storlek och kan därför passa på vilken vägg som helst och man betalar per kvadratmeter. Priset ligger på 495:- per kvadrat. Romantic bookcase

Yet another piece of furniture has left my workshop. This romantic looking bookcase has been painted in the colour French Grey from Farrow and Ball and the wallpaper is Hummingbird from Cole and Son. If your interested it´s on display at Tapetorama in Malmö

Black and white art deco dresser

I have recently changed my web site and am placing my news here instead. Therefore some of you might have seen this dresser already. However, this is an art deco dresser I painted in a pitch black car paint. So it´s really high gloss on the top and the sides. On the front there is the wall paper Hexagono from Tres Tintas in black and white. The handles are made out of lucite and on top of the drawer there is leaf silver. It´s a really nice dresser that is small and decorative and is easy to place. Why not with your drinks tray on top?

Wallpaper by Kicki Edgren Nyborg

When Kicki Edgren Nyborg graduated from HDK in Gothenburg she created three dimensional wallpaper for her degree project. The wallpaper has been divided into three concepts on the theme Alive. This is what the designer says about her wallpaper:

"“WallPlay” is a children’s wallpaper and consists of wallpaper backgrounds and stickers in various themes. The wall becomes a new place to play, tell stories and learn. “Off the Wall” consists of two components and there is wallpaper and a 3dimensional form that is mounted over the wallpaper. The result is that the wallpaper seems to have life, bulges and rolls and these forms become shelves and lamps. “Trans Wall” consists of five different wallpaper related to each other. What distinguishes the patterns is their intensity and form. The wallpaper highlights and intensifies parts of the wall which creates movement and direction in the room."

Osborne & Little

Osborne & Little just presented an awesome new collection of wallpaper prints. Created by their new designer Henry Wilson. Being an Indian expert that is were he has drawn a lot of his inspiration from.

“The rich combination of wall and architectural detail and soaring architecture
in India can be overwhelming, much of the fine detail is easily overlooked among
the kaleidoscope of pattern and colour. It is these frequently missed decorative
details that I have drawn upon for my designs.”

It doesn´t feel this was taken that long ago. But this interior from the Cecil Beaton suite at the Sherry Netherlands Hotel was taken in 1950.
